It’s probably just me, but I can’t seem to find a place to repair/salvage anywhere in Kyovashad. This is extremely frustrating seeing how all my portals go back there. So when I’m in a dungeon or battling a boss and I need to repair, there is no way to do it, without TP’ing to Kyovashad then leaving town (which closes my portal) so then I need to start over. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

I found it. The problem was before I spoke to him he had like a cross snowflake icon labeled Item Upgrading. Once I spoke to him and upgraded an item he turned into a blacksmith.
thanks to this thread I found him. Still has the special snowflake icon after talking to him, repairing, and salvaging though.
It’s a quest. You may find out about it after reading your quests with the according symbol…
Yeah, snowflake icon is for priority quests, that appear when you reach certain level. In this particular quest, you need to talk to him first and then upgrade an item.
