I have made it to the GateHouse and completed the cleansing ritual, but I can’t seem to enter the town. Quest marker is in the town with quest Missing pieces - Meet Lorath in Kyovashad.
Troubleshooting : I left game and returned and spawned in the middle of the town… problem solved.
Yea this just happened to me as well, same fix too
Lucky you. I’ve got disconnected by some error, then unable to come back to the game as the only options I’ve got was to change world tier or… to delete my character. Decided to restart the game and got 130 mins (literally over two hours) of the queue. Came back to the game, played 15 mins and… got same error and disconnected. Same crap, but got 63 mins of the queue. Decided to leave the game for few hours. Now waiting 40 mins. Great work Blizzard, truly great work. Wondering what was at the alfa version 
Forgot to mension - I’m playing on PS5. My friend on PS4 didn’t get any disconnection
Same issue. respawn corrected it. I got to the gatehouse and its like an invisible wall was blocking it.
same issue here, I put in a bug report, but logged out and back in and was in the centre of town.
