Lagging alot since 4:30

hi,

I started playing at 2:30 today and was playing fine until about 4:30 when I started lagging to much and the game became unplayable. I think maybe because its patch day and thats whats causing the lag but not sure. Also installed a new nvidia driver today but that was before I started playing at 2:30.
