In the current version you cannot set an output language:
Subtitles are on
Text language is set to German
Dialog language is completely empty (neither English nor German)
All dialogs are represented by text only and the characters themselves have no voice output anymore either

Same with English set as the base language. Last week it was working fine even without matching text/voice languages. It is broken even in cutscenes.
Same here. The voice option is empty and english language is not available. Changed game text language to english and spanish with same results.
At first i thought that the problem was related to some 5.1 audio configuration, but changing to mono or stereo made no difference. Not voices at all in game or cutscenes.
