The only thing I hope Blizzard does for Diablo IV is make the game better but not having to wait 3 or 4 or 5 seasons.
I don’t want to do the same thing I did with Diablo 3, I don’t want to wait until the game get better and then come back after months.
I think this is the same for many other people.
And there is the risk that after waiting months and months there is no longer the desire to return.

You want Diablo 4 to be better, but you also want to shut down discussion on altering some of the major parts of the game. So you only want to discuss the things You care about? Which are? Simply saying the game needs to be better helps nobody, be more specific.

Currently there is no end-game in D4. without an end-game, e.g
GreaterRifts with leaderboards, D4 would be dead.
Problem is players did Speedrun on campaign instead of actually playing the campaign. Ask a Speedrunner what a certain NPC said and it’s a blank look on face. They don’t even know what the story is about.
Blizzard must not cater for Speedrunners.
I bought Ultimate and I just started Act 3. When I finish story the end game will be ready.
No endgame? What is uber Lilith then? And nightmare dungeons are literally just better version of GR. Better in the sense that there is at least some diversity to them, GRs were ALWAYS the same by which I obviously don’t mean map layout…
Exactly this. I think the hype and wait for D4 meant a lot of people have finished the “pre-season” way to quickly for what it was designed for. I’m guessing the campaign and renown was meant to be the pre-game and then slide str8 into season 1, I’m assuming those complaining now are mostly people who went ham and are now in a limbo just waiting for season 1. No judge, I did it myself but i’m currently playing through other chars also to try and decide what to season 1 with and since i have no friends I gotta solo it which is awful but also nice in that it wastes time before S1 
That said once I get the final renown I will prob take a break.
“better” means imo:
More content (more continent, more quests/lore, more tier -not 16 like diablo 3- and son on), more quality of life (e.g. gem tab in season 2? Hmm why? only 4 tab for your stash? and so on), more class balancing (e.g. why any sorcerer build works if you have Frost Nova?)
EDIT: all of this NOT in YEARS, that’s all.
Maybe Uber Lilith is part of end-game, but ya, one boss to beat and that’s all.
Nightmare dungeons currently are just farming activity, no competition(e.g. leaderboards) = no end-game.
GreaterRifts from D3 the same? GR always was a new map with random monsters, really diverse snd chsllenging + leaderboards = end-game.
bet on that you havent cleared lvl 100 NM dng. or even killed the Uber lilith without any broken mechanic. thats a problem.and obviously because you are lazy to grind gear for this(obv its ARPG you need to do this). Like saying I WANT MORE CONTENT without ending this content is absurd. if they will drop ALL THE CONTENT in 3 months they wont have time to add a DLC . Seasons is a gold standart for all of ARPGS and fits well.maybe you want to ask yourself does ARPG fits your mindset and possiblities?
The problem of most of players that dives in D4 , they dont know what is ARPG. that its GRIND after GRIND and GRIND for GRIND.
But without trade and with a Lvl. Req being tied to the character that found items, grinding is WAY less rewarding that is used to be. Since I cannot trade and I cannot transfer items to alts, most likely 99.9% of the items you find past level 70 will just be trash. If we could trade them, or even transfer them to alts, this problem would be way less important.
not to mention item power is joke i laready have 820 items from lvl … 60 so wtf i supouse to farm ? everything that drops is exaclty trash exactly everything on my lvl dies when it sees me from one pulverize so what a point in this bulshiet
Item power means nothing, the stats and the aspects what matter the most. You can have an ilvl 1900 armor if it only gives resistances it aint worth jack.

pulmatra how many h u have in d1 d2 d3 ? i have over 25000 combined or more so dont teach me what diablo is. and diablo 4 is worse than d3 with rmah. ur basically spam one skill for 90h dont doing anything alse and sell everything because mats mean monthing farm mean nothing i basiccaly do 180 times one dungeon by 8 h and i do 3 lvls this is not even funny anymore this is STUPID BORRING AND THERE IS NO END GAME AT ALL
D4 youtube ‘‘influencers’’ are to blame.
Everything was known about D4 for months/weeks before game was released. They pumped out D4 ‘‘content’’ every 12 hours (at least 18 of them i know about) since first open beta.
Imagine how awesome could have been if they did not exist. People would get to explore game for themselves,on their own,make their own builds etc… people would still be debating lots of stuff,share builds,dungeon tactics…
Thanks to ‘‘influencers’’ who were competing with eachother who’s gonna release video faster (even tho they were the exact same videos,only difference was uploader) everything was talked about and milked to the point of literal drought for 70+ days.
Maybe in D3 (of which I have very little experience), D2 is a different horse altogether,in D4 you pretty much just stack damage multipliers (additive and multiplicative) and bam, you’re one shotting 90% of the enemies (including dungeon bosses). 100-200 weapon damage means nothing if the modifiers/stats/aspect on it is crap, and this is pretty much what the popular vets (who have 30k+ hours of xp per game ,not altogether, give or take) say in the media as well. But sure, keep screaming and bragging with your own stuff lol
I’ve noticed Mark Hamill gets everywhere nowadays but didn’t realise he played D4.
I don’t really get all the hate. I’ve been playing for about a week, I just finished Act II, I’ve explored maybe 5%-10% of the game at this point. Great story, great cut-scenes, great dialogue, super fun combat system, ridiculous amount of content. Its the classic Diablo formula in every measurable way.
I have been playing for about 30 hours already, I imagine it will take 200-300 hours to complete the campaign. For 70 bucks… that is dirt cheap entertainment.
I have played Diablo 4 for 88923 hourse since launch and I am still on Act 1 , quest 2 . I don’t understand how you guys think there is no content, while I am having the fun of my life being a level 4 druid for 7 weeks straight. Man it’s so nice, the game is perfect and you can literally play it forever as long as you don’t actually play. This is how you sound.
