Latency issues 160+

My latency has been in the 100+ region for the last day or so even going as high as 160. I start rubber banding around the screen and can’t play the game normally. It’s very frustrating and it seems to be something else that is added to another terrible start to another season on D4. Can anyone confirm this is an in game issue and if it is being looked into?

its server or internet, im same but 200+++ its often happens, this is the most stable season in 15. Worry not sooner or later you will be normal.

Same exact issue. Im based in UK , have broadband 1000MBPS, but latency always over 250msec. it ruins the fun. blizzard need to fix this quick.
