if you choose minimum and additional strike modifier along with human skill and hero of the the storm modifiers (these are what i want but it may work with other combos not tried it) then when fighting and you toggle on the constant lightning storm ( as i have the storm shepherd full set charms) it inititially works but steals mana when its supposed to cost no mana and also about 15 secs in the skill disappears off your skill bar and you get refunded 4 skill points and all your modifiers for that skill are refunded. How weird is that?? You can reset it but it just does it again over and over.
p.s switched to werewolf instead of human (byby 10% extra damage) and the skill still disappears off your bar but doesnt reset and refund the mods, but still takes mana
pps ok narrowed it down a bit. It disappears as soon as you use grizzly rage and reappears once it run out. dont know how thats connected but it def is.
