Does Lilith have the same “3d character” in the game as in the trailer?
Seeing the trailer, I was enchanted by Lilith’s appearance - her face and gaze - everything just felt so realistic. Her face looked like the face of some particular person.
In the game, however, I have the impression that something has been changed. Has it become more generic? I don’t know - as if it wasn’t the same person. Am I the only one?
Did you have high resolution textures downloaded.
Not seeing any difference, Mother is BEAUTIFUL… 
I’d say she definitely looks more waifu-ish and less fierce than she did in the initial announcement trailer, but some things are bound to get lost in translation to an actual 3d models.
Think it’s the thicker lips that have changed the most.
Bro who cares about her face, what’s up with her boobs. They should be much bigger and why the hell is a demon from hell wearing clothes?
You didn’t think this through at all, 1st, who is she feeding? Nobody, so it is just for aesthetics, and too large would inhibit athleticism.
Clothing allows her to move amongst humans more stealthily. As we find in the story, but I won’t detail here, due to spoilers. Also, it is for aesthetics again, a naked demon would seem less sophisticated and more savage.
As we see, she is incredibly intelligent and manipulative, her appearance is perfectly matched with this, allowing her to powerfully persuade her “children”. 
Because kids playing diablo games, so blizzard had to covered boobs with clothes on every demons.
I mean, diablo was never about the nudity. It was a technology issue. Far easier to render a nude demon than one with moving realistic clothing.
As we look back, we can see it also provided “shock” and for performance provided easy rendering.
Move forward decades and we have realised nudity is not shocking, it’s normal, we have far more pressing issues.
With current social and political climates, especially in the USA, it just makes sense to not go for boring, low hanging fruit shock and titillation for nerds. Instead focusing on real mature issues, like cannibalism, murder, death and possession.
I’d rather the game be very successful, providing me with years of grind, than be cancelled because of b(.)).)bs for nerds.
You guys can’t be serious rn. Lilith isn’t a succubus, it wouldn’t make sense for her to be naked.
Also even for people with good self-control a nude main antagonist present almost everywhere in the game (not just cinematics and main story, but also game poster and in-game statues) would be very distracting.
When have you ever seen Diablo wearing clothes? Are you telling me diablo would be wearing pants and a shirt if he was on the game poster? LOL I would like to see that
