Log in issue - crash

After patch update , my game crashes when i try to log in

Restarted computer done driver updates nothing helped

What seems to be the trouble ?

i’m currently redownloading the game … amazing 90+ GB takes forever

better hope that works

Mine is getting stuck at the first loading screen, the update seem to have broken the game. GG Blizzard, can’t play the game that i paid for anymore…

Same overhere , something went wrong , already updated my video card drivers , this is bad

same here. game will stop at loading screen. i would like an update at least, to let me know they are aware of the problem.

I have the same problem. Can’t enter. Still image. The game won’t load. VGA : AMD 5700XT (so far it’s been working perfectly) there’s nothing wrong with VGA…

I uninstalled and reinstalled Battle Net. took 30 mins and now I’m in the game.

My issue is I now cannot enter Vault of the loom to kill Malphas and get the last 2 Unique Stones…

When I renamed dstorage.dll I was able to login previously game freeze on login screen

Same problem, I cant log in. Tried to repair, then reinstall, but still cant play.

+1 with same problem, cant pass 1Âş screen to login /chose toon.

The same problem. Screen is frozen before launching character list. I tried to scan + repair, update drivers. Nothing helped.

I extracted the dstorage.dll file from the folder and moved it to the desktop and was able to log in to the game. I am now playing without any problems.

So crazy, this has been a problem for 12 hours now. In my industry any release that destroyed the product to this level would have been rolled back within the hour!

that upmentioned dstorage.dll trick actually fixed login for me too.

F to the poor dude who started his 90GB re-download…

Same problems, but if we pay, Blizzard has to solve the problems, immediately, but almost 14 hours later and the problem remains
