There is no way that season has a higher playercount trying to log in than the launch of the game. Something got bent and isn’t working as it should. Why that is I wont speculate on.

They messed up something…
I have never seen a tripple AAA multi-milion company fail so hard at something they have been doing for the last 10-20 years, how can you fail to copy your own code and concepts and release a game that has not been tested AT ALL - alteast it looks like they fired all the QA team and no one tested this sh1t. The current and even previous status of D4 could not even fill the shoes of D3 and if it was not a blizzard game we would play a much more optimised and tested indie game… shame on you blizzard SHAME on you!

D3 had some problems so I would imagine things would be better by now, years and years later.
After what they did with Overwatch, I expect them to mismanage D4 too.
But there is no queue for payment portal. That shit is instant and never fails
what a mess - waiting in queue for the last 30 min then 2time freeze on loading screen.
