I do understand that, it’s just weird that the account would only be bugged/flagged for a specific authentication server region.

I confirm to this. I try to login all day. I play from NL. Alway get that error code.
After i see this coment. I try to use vpn to Asia country. I use vpn to Thailand. Then i can login and play game. I even can play my charactor from yesterday.
So i think something got to do with eu server or connection from eu. Hope you guy find a good vpn for play the game

Its funny, yesterday it was working rly good (only 1 error/kick) and today for several hours I can’t even log in.
I’ve tried more than 50 times restarting the game, I’ve tried restarting battle.net, I’ve tried restarting my computer, I’ve tried restarting the internet, I’ve even tried switching to a different internet. Nothing helps!
It worked for my wife (I had no problem playing at all).
First VPN (Proton) didn’t work with US-Servers, only Japan (unplayable because of the lag/connection). Tried a second one and now VPN over US worked and works fine.
Too many users are talking about crazy situations…

I dont think it could depends on the PC, the installation or the conn.
It’s a problem with accounts.
And I repeat: NO ONE of blizz support is talking about that.

Same error here, Well with this blizzard being blizzard hasn’t changed at all, now marking which accounts can play. I think I’ll ask for a refund. for me blizzard and diablo is done.

Same error here!
It means that I buy the most expensive version of the game, I look forward to playing it over the weekend and I simply can’t because of a connection error that is the company’s fault. And no developer has commented on fixing this specific bug so far! Shame!

that’s easy. Navigate to battle.net. Login into your account. Click Support in the upper right corner, select Diablo 4 and click “Refunds”. Now you should see your order. select it and follow the on-screen-instructions.
I’ll give it another shot tonight. if i’m not satisfied, i’ll refund my order.
