They are not limit it. but they fc…up about connecting to them server. I play from eu. Yesterday i could play fine. Even have a long wating time. Today i try all day and not working. Get that error code. Then i could see some post mention about VPN.
Then i try to use vpn to connect to Asia county. Then I can just play the game. no error no long waitting tim. and i still could play on the same charactor i play yesterday
how can we get to lvl 20 so we can get the rewards if the server is down. and also is so nice to see other people play the game in friend list <-NOT cool. this feels like discrimination. we aslo pay for this game 99 EURO. just so we look at the errors 24203 . SADGE

Been trying all day, each and every time I get Error 34203. Keep seeing friends from my friends list log on and off at will. Absolute garbage service from Blizzard once again.

Same error here from Berlin, Germany. PYUR cable provider. Hotspot (o2) does not work. Switching language does not work. What is wrong blizz?
Can anyone tell me that such quick and absolute error is not intentional?
I can accept that we have this error, but I can`t accept that there is no communication on this, no update, no plans to address this - nothing

same for 6 hours. I couldn’t even login once… always same error 34203…
i try everything. vpn, dns, windows update install battle.net again vs vs i try 50 diffrent way but cant login.
im sure its about account. please fix it fast. @blizzard come on man.

Gibt es etwas Neues zu dem Problem? Ich versuche seit heute Morgen immer mal wieder rein zu kommen und habe keinen Erfolg. Ich habe mir das Spiel gekauft, weil es hieß, dann man könne ich die Beta spielen. Ich kann sie aber nicht spielen. Blizzard hat mich belogen.
Spain here. All (I insist, ALL) the day with the damned error 34203. I’ll make it easy for you, Blizz. I paid for the closed beta: if I can’t reach the rewards this 2 days I’ll get the refund and we’ll see what will happen from the following weekend.
The plan is that you try again next beta - and thanks for the 100 bucks, kiddo. Now move aside, we gotta let a streamer on the Server first.

I’m absolutely sure, this error is result of Blizzard removing some accounts from the pool.
It looks like yesterday when they had 90 min queues it would be better to reduce number of players this way.
May be tomorrow we can play and some other guys would have those error.
Anyway, if I can’t play tomorrow, I will refund and wait for sales to order.
P.S. Btw, guys who can play, are there any queue ATM? Because when I start getting this error I have always 1min and less 1 min message

und genau deswegen kannst du auch eine Rückerstattung beantragen. Ich werde meine Version noch nicht zurückgeben in der Hoffnung das wir dafür ein Ersatztag bekommen aber das ist echt traurig für eine Firma wie Blizzard. Und da der letzt Kommentar von einem Mitarbeiter schon 22std her ist, denke ich auch nicht, dass es Blizzard überhaupt juckt.
there are no queues a friend of mine just ordered the game , downloaded it and he could start playing instantly … And I am here sitting for 10 hours with the famous error
