Due to new changes, you can instantly address a fast “more” significance to rare/yellow items by making them 2 tempers and as well blue 3 tempers(one additional choice than we got used to) for example(ofc keeping in mind how they were on release)maybe again the rares from special monsters will be worth something again…if not permanent than for season test purpose… they are lower item power. no ga’s…they wont break the game wont they?
They could do that but nobody would use them, so it would be pointless. blues/yellows are never gonna be able to compete with greater affixes and legendary aspects.
with greater afixes they will, but legendary aspects lacking on blue items you are right. It do not require to figure out the rocket science to make legendary aspect be imprint able on blue, and to not ruin early game, reduce the legendary powers affixes obtained in dungeons…if that wont be enough they also can take a lesson from me i gave and add one additional masterwork breaking point to rares and 2 additional to blues for some extra cost in mid season and with sanctification it will be just joy to brick the blues and rares because they are almost endless
PS: eat more magnesium instead of looking for problems than solutions
If you could put aspects on blues, and masterwork them, how are they different from legendaries? except for the color im mean. I get what you are trying to do, but the word legendary lost its meaning in Diablo a very long time ago, dont let their name and orange color fool you, they are just common items, just like rare/magic items, exept from the aspect/masterworking. If we add these to rare/magic aswell, it doesnt add anything to the game, it just kinda cancels itself out.
Builds are defined by legendary aspects and uniques, not by the rarity of the gear.
