This is rather frustrating…
Todays norm is to release a “AAA” game that’s still requires work.
Personally I don’t agree with this as if company changes full price I would like to get a full complete product.
That being said and making myself look like a cry baby today I can’t even login to this AAA awesomeness…
Please don’t tell me to restart anything apart from game. If other games lunch perfectly and d4 isn’t that’s the game not internet connection, drivers etc.
Can somebody please ffs start looking in ways to fix this game instead on focusing on how to ripoff more $$$ form players.
Learn to walk before you run. Finish the game before introducing seasons, and stop creating problems for your self.
In my humble opinion I don’t think Blizzard have the man power to tackle all issues at once so maybe focusing on the game as a backbone would make more sense before thinking about some other cosmetic season pass deal nonsense?
Apologies for rambling but this is really upsetting. I really want to like this game but now I see more bugs then quests.
They do same things very well, we have no regenerations and very long cooldowns even in loading screen. It must take time to think up how they make it so that we can’t avoid them.
Loot is a joke as everyone can agree after reaching lvl 100 there is nothing good coming. Just an example world boss gives me 3 items one blue a write off and 2 greens with item power and aspects that makes no sense ok I get 5 points for the tree and made some extra to get to 10 points the prize not a single item that could be worth looking into.
Alright most players would have there builds nailed by the time the reach lvl80 and after that maybe few adjustments if you get the gear so after lvl80 your progression on your build is to finish paragon. Ok so there is some game left but my question would be if most players gave there builds done by lvl80 and after that you get a small chance to get something better and better I mean improvement by less then 1% overall performance what is the point to go through all these items just to get this micro improvement ? Reword Vs work required is off the charts.
Nightmare Dungeons wow what a randomness. 3 dungeons back to back all different may I say all of them with ghosts like all the other monsters zombies skeletons etc got school holidays or just to tiered and had day of work? It could say/ include in summary of nightmare dungeons what mobs they have but I mean we have bigger problems then this.
Dungeon tier 77 first chest some gold and one blue item like what the hell with this drop ? Blue and white items should be just in world tier 1 maybe 2 after that forget it.
I’ll better have slightly less item power with additional 2 aspects and opinion to make it legendary with additional power over blue item with 2 aspects.
Same issue this morning on PS4.
Last play session last night 04 Oct 2023 until about 10 PM UTC.
I followed the steps on the Blizzard support site without success.
When logging in, the login screen is presented for about 1 minute and then the error is reported.
Sometimes the error presented changes to “The request has expired. Please try again. (Code 3006)”
Please don’t get me wrong I do appreciate and have huge respect to the people working on the game. I just don’t agree with this finished game but is still work in progress type of mentality. It’s wrong and it doesn’t work I mean blizzard would disagree as the cash flow is nice and fatty.
Fundamentally this is a R&D type of scenario… but instead of R&D company this just applied to the product and in life you can’t have both ways.
Blizzard just finish the game and then go out and ask to pay what the game is worth, not go out asking consumers to pay what you like to consumer to pay and in exchange consumer gets a unfinished product with promise or a pledge to finish the game in coming years.
I don’t think I’ll see grater flop then fallout 76 but this can be used as a example how to damage your reputation, eliminate the trust.
I mean God of war was delayed and delayed again but once it came out it was a game to be proud of who had a chance to work on.
I know named examples are different companies, different budgets, man power etc but the core difference would be one wants to deliver finished polished product and other wants $$$ asap and as much as possible. The result one finished, polished game with drow more attention will get more and more people to try this game and looking into other products.

Same here with Xbox Series X, showing error 19106 while trying to log into the game. Most likely connections to Battle.net servers down (due to DDOS attacks?). Wake up Blizzard and make your game backend more robust.
same issue here, playing on Xbox Series X and getting “there was a problem logging in code 19106” … this is quite frustrating, as it was working this morning
Update: I’ve now managed to connect, after several tries. Looks like I’m pretty much alone, not seeing anyone else online
today I can’t even login to this AAA awesomeness…
