Tonight i was fighting in a group against torment 4 duriel, I know that a ring of starless skies dropped however, shortly after I was disconnected as were the entire party. We all lost what was in our inventory.
Please could any lost items be regenerated?

There is no such problem in Path of Exile 2, just like in Last Epoch 
Anticpated a bit more of an interaction than this if I am honest… its happening a lot, to way more people than just me.
