i have come to play diablo 4 on my Xbox, to my amazement my saves and progress of my characters i had on the Xbox console before it went onto game pass have been deleted.
I now have to start all again from scratch with the renown and when i purchased the game i bought the ultimate edition , now with it going to game pass i have lost everything what a joke blizzard is all money making tits.
things like this should never happen.
comment if this has happened to your Xbox saves now its come to game pass.
This couldn’t happen, as all your character and progress data is accordingly stored on Blizzard’s servers.

It isnt possible. The data is saved on blizzard servers .
This also happened to me and blizzard support has been extremely unhelpful in attempting to resolve the issue.

So I just recently reinstalled Diablo, and I have no idea where all my toons and purchased items went. I looked it up on Google but nothing, I haven’t changed my battlenet account. Kinda sucks cause I had all the mounts up to season 1 then I stopped…. Wanted to get into it again but clearly, I’m annoyed like you…
