probably these things have been suggested already somewhere but i will write down what i think will help d4 to be a better game.

Added Global Chat where you can share ur valueable items or have a chat with other players ( very important for social interactions )

Make Trade and social Interactions more important, added more value to the items that u desire
-Let us Craft items safe enchant to a certain point but added a possibilty to permanently break item without restoration when reaching a certain treshold. For example Upgrading a weapon to +10 is safe , each additional upgrade step is based on % chances so getting from +10 to +11 is 75% chance , from +11 to +12 is 50% chance and so on… max limit of refinement is +20 wich is like 0.05% chance to obtain ( it must be hard and valueable to get , and valueable on the trade markets )

Added in Game Trading and a marketplace kind system ( make items actually valueable and desireable and worth trading )

Before you enter the dungeons, or after opening nightmare glyphys add in a function or option that asks if you would like to join “Online Group play” with random online players or rather just do it solo

Added Companions for Solo players just like d3 had, you can recruit them and they will company you through the game and take a party slot

Added in some special tower event that you can do 2-3 times a week where you will face hordes of enemies instace based and when progress each floor ( the tower will have 100 floors maximum ) you face more and more hordes of monsters, each floor has a boss and you only get to progress to the next floor after the boss has been beaten and the floor has been cleared. Like floor 1 you face 50 skel type monsters, floor 2 you face 55 demon kind monsters, floor 3 and so on… each 5th floor will have a boss encounter etc. Some floors will have random mobs. Getting to floor 100 must be hard and the boss fight must be equivalent to killing lilith etc.
This event must offer special loot because its limited per week, you should get more rewards based on the higher you manage to climb the floors of the tower, with that being said, it shouldnt be too punishing if you dont make it to the end but the juice must be hard to obtain.

Added in Cards Slots to Items, beside Socket Gems. Monsters should have a random chance to drop cards, and these cards unlike PoE will be not used for crafting or getting new items, these cards can be placed in ur gear and they will boost the item power with various effects or make the refinement process easier etc. lots of possibilities.

For PVP added in basicly everything diablo immortal already had the pvp wasnt bad and it was fun to do these modes. I suggest for pvp that people can farm special battleground gear that you only can get from PVP and will be BIS in PVP. So split up PVE gear and PVP gear in two different categories to be honest. That way its also easier to try to balance stuff for pvp… ( just incase )
