Many abilities don't trigger if enemies hit die instantly

There are a lot of abilities that doesn’t trigger at all if the enemies dies too fast
Blood Rage, Aspect of Giant Strides are two good examples. It’s rather annoying jumping into a clump of enemies and half the time, the cooldown reduction doesn’t occur, and Blood Rage never works, even if the enemies should have had applies bleeds to them as they got hit.
Enhanced Bash is another great example that consistently never works if the enemies die too quick while stunned.

I think the mechanics of triggers needs some work… I can’t be the only one who’s noticed this.
