Map and lilth statue

When i created new season char, i didint recive any progress of map or lilith statue…

same for me,everything is covered in fog when i start a new seasonal character

I have the same issue, but me was helped this sequence of actions:

1. exit from game
2. check for update
3. run again again
4. login in character with Lilith statues
5. create a new season character

Same for me. I logged in after 18th and now my seasonal character is all fogged and 0 progress.

I got the same error, played to lvl 10 with my new seasonal char. Then changed to my other older char. And played like a minute then changed back. Then I got the map and statues
