In patch 1.3.1 the affix x% to core damage was supposed to be swapped with Movement speed. Mine still has the X% to core damage. Doesn’t this patch apply to former aquired items?
Mine has swapped to movespeed but have 10.5% and it says it should roll 17.5% lel…
