middle east players are connected to Asia server instead of middle east which causes us to play on higher ping. Is there a way we can connect to the European server since we would get much lower ping that Asia servers.

Same here, i’m experiencing Latency of 200+ due to this.

Same the game is very unplayable my ping on a good day is 200 which is still bad and today it goes to the thousands ???

I am in the middle east and I did not experience less than 200 ms. the game is unplayable most of the time.

I was playing fine since first of June. and only today i got high latency, which i can’t play the game.

I’m from the middle east as well, and today I’ve started suffering from latency too.
Before that everything was ok.

As a Middle Eastern, my latency is at least 200. And sometimes when I fight a boss it skyrockets to 1500/2000 which is the worst part. It is really frustrating to experience these things, and I know that there are a lot of people who unfortunately cannot submit a complaint due to language barrier.

Thanks

I have contacted Blizzard support about this. There should be a warning prior to buying the game stating that it is not playable in the Middle East. I asked for a refund because it is mostly unplayable. 150ms latency is the absolute best you can get but it often spikes to 400ms - 600ms. Of course, their response amounted to saying ‘Too Bad’ - just put in a nicer way. It is really poor business practice to treat customers this way.
