Minion damage scaling in high end content

while i dont know the ins and outs of the damage system, i dont think i should be seeing minions hit mobs for 800-1.5k damage per hit while im at lvl 72 having fully maxed out the minion board. mind u im almost fully specced for minion damage so my personal damage does suffer. going forward id like to see damage scaling for minions in relation to the level of the player or have minions share a portion of the players stats with them. currently they just dont scale well enough past level 25-40 to even remotely keep up with other classes and non minion builds. sharing stats with minions could work similar to the affix with player/minion sharing of thorns. just something needs to be done for both their damage and survivability in higher content.

I juts move to WT4…And I will say this … Nekro (apart from the build for summons) is overdone

Rogue lvl 58 and smash mob groups with 4 elites in 6 seconds… And me with shadow build, aoe/dot dps have to fight them 2-3mints lvl 63. I’m skipping the fact that the minions I use for essence regeneration/corpse generation/trigger CC, the minions were dropping like flies and basically that’s it :). Necromancer is screwed compared to other classes!
We need to pack in stats that do not increase our dps, but allow minions to survive 2s longer … in the end we are left without essences / corpses and minions. Left before the decision to play “summon simulator”. More than a week after the release, and the necromancer has only 1 (medium) build for Bones :)… And no one even bothers to do anything with this class to make it playable compared to other classes.
