Minions will still die by random AOE on the ground and hit like wet noodles.
Golem will still be all around the place, getting stuck randomly.
We will still rely on the terrible AI to focus a target we want to kill.
In other words, if you had hopes to be an actual Necromancer after the balance patch you are out of luck.
Blizzard why are you so relentless of making minions good - like they were in beta? Let us finally play a class with an actual class identity.
I agree, in beta they were fine and they nerfed them. After all the complains since the last beta they didn’t work on them again. Was it so hard to revert the patch without wasting ours and their time?
Maybe they thought that if minions were so good that would be unfair as it would require no effort to play? However that would be funny argument when we have build like Bone Spear in the game.
Boring build, and unbalanced only if you wanna pley easy mode.
Bones got, better legend spells, better Paragon, and easy mechanics.
If you wanna kill all Monster on 1 shoot, no mana problems… Just go crit and gg.
after patch my minions is more idiotic maybe i summon chicken ,die in aoe much faster,
and vs shielded elite with dmg reduction boost no chance.after patch i die in one hour 10x in the same dungeons where i not die anytime :)super patch really
The curse “fix” does not work, most of the minions simply ignore the cursed mob and run off to find individual targets to ensure their 200dps takes 10 mins to kill a pack
Damage and survivability at Nightmare 21 (lvl71 4500ap) is simply pathetic, I have found mobs that can out regen my minions, I spend most of my time spamming re-spawn skeletons
There doesn’t seam to be any gear or item I can equip that will give me a noticeable damage boost, scaling on damage and survivability are totally broken. I have army of the dead with 200% damage boost when cast they are still doing 1/10th of the damage other similarly spec’d builds do
its a nonsense thou, minions work perfectly well in D3 and in PoE
