Missing Battle Pass Token After Pre-ordering Ultimate Edition + Accidental Purchase with Platinum

I pre-ordered the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition, which was supposed to include the Battle Pass token along with the accelerated tier skips. However, I can’t seem to find the token in my account. To make matters worse, I accidentally purchased the Battle Pass separately using Platinum, thinking that I might have missed something.

Has anyone else had this issue with the missing Battle Pass token after getting the Ultimate Edition? I’ve seen a few others mention similar problems, but I’m wondering if there’s a fix or workaround before I reach out to Blizzard support.

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Having the same nonsense, minus accidentally using Platinum. Anyone finding answers as to why the premium deal isn’t showing up?

Same problem, i’m on PS5 and there is no token for battle pass, only can purchase it with platinum :thinking:, although i have ultimate edition

Hi all,

We’ve investigated reports of this but haven’t been able to find any issues so far.

Please keep in mind that the included battle pass token is not specific to Vessel of Hatred and was delivered immediately on pre-purchase, and so many have simply claimed it for the then active season instead.

Hi, but I never claimed it? Or did it automatically just did the battle pass for the previous season?

I have not activated it last season for I already finished the season and had all levels, no point in using the accelerated pass when I purchased the expansion ultimate edition.
If I had known it will not be available would’ve opted for a less version, was actually building on that pass for a faster season start…

Same issue here. I bought the previous battle pass, then bought the Ultimate Edition and no token here.

You could be right, but there is no history for purchasing Battle Pass with Token in the Transaction History. Could you please check and verify for us?

Checked my purchase history - bought premium pass for previous season for platinum jul 28, then bough VoH ultimate aug 8, definitely token for premium bp must be kept for the current season, but there is none
