Dear Blizzard Customer Support, I am writing to you with a serious concern regarding the unexpected and unauthorized deletion of a significant number of items, couple of hundred items stored from each category: Living Steel, Blackened Femur, Trebling Hand, Malignant Heart, Gurling Head, Distilled Fear. I had multiple full tabs with all of them stored combined there where more than 2000. I discovered this loss upon returning to the game after a period of inactivity, specifically after the recent DLC release. I understand that item loss can occur, but I am confident that this was not due to any action on my part. I have not shared my account credentials with anyone, nor has my account been compromised. The items in question were meticulously collected over many months of dedicated gameplay, representing a substantial investment of my time and effort. These items were primarily used for summoning bosses, a critical component of acquiring the best equipment in the game. The sudden and complete disappearance of these items has caused me significant distress and frustration. I am deeply concerned about the possibility of a potential bug or system error that led to this loss. Specifically, I am requesting the following: A thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deletion of my items. Complete restoration of all the items that were present in my Sorcerer’s storage prior to the DLC release.
