Just killed Lilith, got unique item from her and teleported back to Lorath in the desert to continue with Epilogue. Act 6 ended and I was supposed to get legendary chest piece as well for finishing the act (the popup which appears on the left showed the image of the item), but due to my inventory being full I didn’t get the legendary chest item. It didn’t appear in my stash too.
Adventurer’s Tunic of the Crowded Sage is the item missing.
Yeah I had the exact same issue, I heard it drop in Loraths cutscene but I don’t know of a way to get back to pick it up.

Same thing just happened to me. Any fixes? Does it show up anywhere?
Same issue here aswell, full inventory → Act 6 completion → Adventurer’s Tunic drops during a cutscene → I get teleport away losing the item forever. I have no idea how to solve the issue after searching the support functions.
