I have a problem.
My account is missing two mounts from season 2 battlepass.
I bought battlepass and did all steps in it but now my mounts are missing.
How to fix this ?

My mounts are missing too. I hope it doesnāt remain unsolved like my missing items from midwinter blight.
My season 2 battlepass mounts are also missing in the stables what is weird tho is that I selected it before the patch so I am still using it but it is not in the list anymore and when I change the mount armor it says āincompatible mount unable to equip this horse mount armor due to the !!Missing!! - 442526:InvalidType Mount being currently equipppedā
My shop mount I bought a week ago is missing too, although the mount armor is still in stableā¦ I swear I checked out my mounts yesterday and all were there. Hope we get this fixed ASAP
I cannot see my Crystal and Bone mount (I can see the mount armor though), and neither of the two previously unlocked Season of blood mounts (Famished Thoroughbred).
If this wont be fixed very quick, I donāt think I will ever purchase any MTX.

I just noticed that few of my mounts are missing aswell ā¦
Sadly i dont remember the name, but im quite certain that Vampire mount fron S2 that was drolling blood is nowhere to be found ā¦ and also one brown mount with some kind of compass painted on its thigh ā¦
I dont think they are āgoneā gone tho, it seems more like stable simply dont show everything ā¦
Since my Barbarian had second one selected, when i loged her ā¦ but as i didnt seen wich one of them it is, i tryed to click trougn all horses i have in my stable ā¦ only to find out that none of them is the one.
So now i cant select it again, since its kinda missing.

I am missing horses too.

Iām missing horses as well including some purchased from the shop, mainly Polaris which was my favorite one Iāve been using for quite a while. The armors are there but the horses not.

Yep, missing one of my favourite and recently purchased mounts. (The one which came with the celestial court armour).
Seems like i am not the only one suffering this problem just another triple A shenanigans
Yup, same thing here, all my mounts from Season 2 have vanished also the mount from the Blood for Money set from the shop isnāt showing. My stable has the ānew itemā icon on it but there is no new mount showing. All armours and trophies present and correct.
