Yesterday, I reset the mastery upgrades on several items, but I did not receive any of the Obducite back. I was under the impression that resetting masteries should refund the invested resources, including Obducite.
Could you please clarify if this is a bug or intended behavior? If it’s unintended, is there a way to recover the missing materials?

reset dont give back only if salvage item dumb yes and sily
Odd thing is: I just salvaged 3 master worked items for the obductite, and it didn’t refund it. That could be a glitch
was strange always salvage gear in master work 4- 8-12 give back full obduxite if not most be a bug i always salvage gear item get all back i use master work gear shall give back if not made ticket most be a bug
The salvage: It could have been a temporary random glitch in that particular game. Annoying as 3 items is a lot of lost mats
i understansd you i try get frozen orb cast twice and he not give i burn over 500 milon gold reset dont give back blizzard rule every reset cost 5 milon gold and mats in wow i play from 2004 you can choice skill you will have why not in diablo for them copy open world group finder from wow
Three weeks ago, the last time I played, I reset items and received the Obducite back, but not the other materials required to boost mastery. It’s clearly stated which materials are lost during the reset, and Obducite is not listed as one of them.
Is this a bug now, was it a bug before, or has it been changed in a recent patch? It’s really strange if you don’t get the Obducite back—what’s the point of resetting it if you don’t recover the materials? But with Blizzard, you never really know, unfortunately.
