I finished the seasone story qest, killed Varshan ( seams like in a T3 world ) I got a second Varshan key that is asking me to have a regular Varshan Key but I dont have a recepy for it
I tryed to team up with people to go kill him in T2 and still did not get a recepy for regular Varshan Key when my party mate did get one
Dont know if I did something wrong or missed something but it is seams like there is no way for me to get a key for Varshan

Same, it’s bugged, no recipe to craft the base invoker
A friend forgot to loot the basic Varshan Invoker Recipe (it’s a white drop) you get at the end of the seasonal quest, he had to create another character to complete it again 
Then you have to open the wooden door in the malignent tunnel in T2 world and kill Varshan there. Varshan will drop the recipe for the T3 Varshan invoker and then you’ll get the recipe for T4 by killing Varshan again in T3…
I also struggled a lot to understand that…
