I’ve completed a quest in the Mithering Descent (Damaged the Sodden Effigy and handed a quest in to the NPC in there afterwards) but the ‘dungeon’ still shows as blue when I leave which I believe means I’ve not completed a quest. I have restarted the game, etc. and re-entered and killed the mobs but the Sodden Effigy is not hostile, and I can’t do any damage to her. There’s also no quest giver, etc.
Is it complete and this is just a graphical bug on the map, or am I missing a quest/quest giver here somewhere?
