Mounts are pretty much redundant; a 25s cooldown to remount? Give us a break, will you… My character runs more or less at the same speed on foot - plus they are very clunky. And what’s with the friggin barricades all over the place?
Also you have said there will be different mounts. Is that it?! Just a re-color of the same horse?! Wow!

Only thing I dislike about the mounts is that you have to place your mouse cursor too far away to ride at full speed.
That leads to situations where my mount slows down while moving vertically up or down, because you almost have to place the cursor at the top or bottom screen border to keep the speed.
A time lock on the use of a mount has NO reason to be in game atm. What with cliffs, leaps and barricades the on / off affect of using one is built in frustration , pointless and spoils the using the mount. While the main hate i have of the mount atm is let me mute the horse, horse whipping for speed and hearing a horse constantly crying is making me turn off all game sounds. Yes also the barricades are a pain, but it does force you to interact a bit more whilst moving through the world.

I can imagine the cooldown is used for PvP maybe they could restrict it just for fields of hatred.
Yes, this is the part that gets me. The mount gets slowed down for a number of reasons, from terrain to clicking to move.
The mount slows down about 60/70% of the way between you and where you click. So you wind up holding the left mouse button down (which is another way to move), so it doesn’t slow down until you lift your finger (or find a little hill on the terrain).
Holding down the button to move on the mouse is actually making my hand ache. It needs to be reworked.
Bind w to force move.
My feedback is to change default horse sprint from RT to B on a controller. You use B with your character to bounce/sprint a bit for the mobility and unconscioussly you press it also with your horse. Yet what it does is the opposite, it kicks you out of the horse. Minor, but annoying.
I bound force move to circumflex “^”, its less stressing to hold down a keyboard key for long than LMB. Just a tip.
