Why? is my Necro not level 99 like i got before. Now when i logged in is says level 50…

They did some number magic and 100 is now 50. To make it more confusing, they combined it with an expansion that raised the level to 60 (which would the old 110). Also all numbers for damage and health were scaled, which took a bit of getting used to.
The real nerf is the Juggernaut aspect. Where it previously would provide 15k on a necklace where the armor value would be around 7k on a nec (so ~200%) it now provides around 50% of armor for the same 100% cooldown increase.
Other than that, things seem to even out, when you hit 60 and upgrade all your gear to 750 or 800 power. Levelling up, you can’t really let your weapon slot linger for more than 5 or so levels or things really start slowing down.
