Hello all!
I purchased the Diablo IV Ultimate Edition which included a season pass and an acceleration package to skip 20 tiers.
I did not activate it, as the game had a lot of issues on launch and it was frankly not fun. I did not request to refund the game but instead decided to keep the pass and play the game later when it was in a more playable state.
Today I logged in to play, and saw that my season pass is missing, and at further research, it seems they changed the system and people who were saving their passes seem to have got nothing in return. I also saw that it is recommended to try to contact support.
Has anyone else had this issue? What was the compensation in the end?
