I was doing Andariel at T4 with my friend. We killed it like 10 times. I had mythic chest dropped and but decided to continue. After we’ve ran out of summoning mats, I have decided to teleport to town to empty my bag. When I teleported back to the instance, the mythic chest was gone and it was not in my bank. WTF???
