Why should anyone keep playing when you have to loot for 10 hours and do 250 tormented bosses for 0 drops. there is no way this drop rate is enjoyable. im close to 340 runs now. and sjit aint dropping. what is the reason to play when players dont get any loot from the already insanely booring looong loot for materials. its just bad. so insanely bad.
Just your bad luck. I’ve just found three mythics in three days, one from Zir, one from Grigoire and one from… chest in nightmare dungeons
You trolling? ive been doing pretty much the same amount of runs as the OP and had no dropps at max 3-5 in 340 boss kills or more.
No i do not. I do 10-15 runs every 2-3 days because I don’t have mats for more. And I really do find mythics. The drop is not crazy hard, but it’s reasonable. At first my plan was to craft them, but it turned out it’s harder to find proper runes for formula than drop mythics from bosses
The real issue is that Mythics were really easy to get in season 4 and 5 (arguably a little too easy), and then made a lot rarer in season 6. Same goes for a lot of other things in this “progression overhaul” that VoH and Season 6 brought.
Being given something, only to have it taken away again feels terrible. This is the lesson D4 devs never learned.
Diablo 4 was in a really good place during season 4 and 5, and i dont understand why they went and did this unnessecary overhaul. If it aint broken, dont fix it.
But it was broken in seasons 4 and 5 , terribly unbalanced with weird paradoxes, e.g. some mats were impossible to get for me as I couldn’t make it on higher levels of infernal hordes. I like the changes, to me its all going in a good direction, especially considering the plans for next season (seasonal powers)
at the beggining of the season I was getting mythics more frequently than now. After playing sometime you do not get as much as at the beginning of the season. I observed this behaviour on previous seasons too. So my conspiracy theory is, blizzard made an algorithm with increased chance at the begginning of season and gradually decreasing it. Do I have evidence? No. Source, trust me bro… Anyway, this is how I observed so far.
Welcome to the “No drop” club…
“It’s true that even at Torment level 3, mythical item drops with 2 or 3 stars are non-existent… it’s painful to progress. And I’m not talking about the mini map which does not update in the infernal horde dungeons, the disappearance of the location of nearby players… and the very small worlds, you have the impression of being a goldfish in a jar.”
-In case anyone is wondering what he said. (Thanks google translate)
since season 6 started, i was playing on Eternal real as well, now lately more on it, and i still have my season 5 legacy items on my character, i crafted 2 mithycs, but i cannot find even 1 GA skill gear that i need… so its not just the ubers, its the good loot in general
just did 70 runs in a group 3 people got 0. 1 got 5. maybe they should look at the way the drop rate works. if someone is looting 5 in 70 runs. maybe the drop% should be lowered and the other way around if you do 70 runs and havent seen anything maybe the drop% should get higher.
Mythical drop rate is not even a drop rate…
It’s random…
You can do today 300 runs and have a 1 mythical dropped, and tomorrow you can do 50 runs and dropped 5 mythicals.
It already happened to me, so there’s no rocket science here… It’s plain and simple random drop rate…
Not really, i find easier to drop mythical in S6 than previous seasons, but hey, random is… random!
