Necromancer bugged?

  1. Can someone confirm whether the Hewed Flesh skill is bugged or not? even in the fight with the boss, sometimes barely, bodies are created, and I have the aspect of the attack speed of minions on top of that and i using skeletons as reaper with 15% chance to create bodies
  2. Aspect of Reanimation - i think, its not working too

I don’t know man. Necromancer doesn’t work in many cases…

Hewed Flesh does not work with minions. It clearly states “YOUR DAMAGE…” Also, you need to understand how lucky hit works. Formula is
Lucky Hit Effect Chance = (Lucky Hit Chance of Skill) X (Proc Chance of Lucky HIt Effect) X (1 + the Sum of Lucky Hit Bonuses added Together)

So let’s say you have 3 points to Hewed Flesh and 6% Lucky Hit on some ring and 11% lucky hit on some glove and you cast Bone Spear

50% (Bone Spear) x 12% (Hewed Flesh) x (1 + 6% + 11%) = 0.5 x 0.12 x (1 + 0.06 + 0.11) = 0.06 x 1.17 = 0.0702… ~7% proc rate. Something like…
