i dont know if its a bug or not but i cant seem to get Necrotic Carapace to give fortified from Hewed Flesh or killing mobs.
am not sure if it works with the reapers spawning of corpses or if it is just bugged anyone else who can get it to work?
Necrotic Carapace works only on kills from character, kills from skellies does NOT gives you fortify… i already report this bug. hope they will fix it
i dont play with minions at all and i dont get fortify on kills or anything. i cant trigger the skill at all.
im lvl 56 now i have removed it from my build since i cant trigger it anyways.
feels bad since its pretty much the only defense we have

It is not working for me either, with hewed flesh or without.
It used to work. I noticed it stopped working for me like 2 days ago. Idk what I did.
I started equipping a bunch of uniques and dropped my summons so maybe something with that is making the game react weird? Definitely seems like a glitch
