New sorting is TERRIBLE

The news claims that the new sorting is “more intuitive”. No, it’s not. Basically you are saying that everyone is colorblind and is unable to see orange versus yellow…

The reality is that I now need to mentally sort all inventory TWICE or THREE TIMES… once by each rarity. I have to compare items SEVERAL times because when leveling, you have to wear yellows and legendaries alternately. (And of course, when progressing to Torment, all of the lower qualities are sharded). Who does this help???

This is the stupidest change ever made. Not only that, but equally stupid is not giving players a CHOICE on how it is sorted… At least add it to the options.

This makes me so frustrated because it adds a LOT of work, lot of frustration. I have a brain injury, and d4 is supposed to be a game I can heal my brain with and relax… and you have just added TONS of mental work for me, which is against my doctors’ prescription. Please, at least add it as an accessibility option.

i don’t know what sorting you are referring to as i just started and hit 14. but i also hate sorting, it’s the worst thing about these games: inventory management. i bet those who make this think it’s funny, or really try to have it be funny so that it’s a staple activity in the game, but it was always as.

I’m not sure if they changed anything compared to the PTR, but I remember reporting it there, because it felt terrible, especially in the stash :frowning:
