War Cry shout is consuming the buff from Heart of Focused Rage in version 1.1.1
No mention of a fix for this in the 1.1.2 patch notes. It should be an easy fix.
This is probably because War Cry is a Brawling skill but it does no damage so it should not be consuming the buff.
