Anyone else lost the in game sound since the update?
I log into other games and my sound is working fine. I have checked in settings and sound is enabled but i have no sound in game.

I to have 0 sound in game after updating all drivers re-installing the game still no sound very frustrating.
I just bought the game yesterday but have no sound at all when using my headset (Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma). Took me about 1 hour of fiddling before I realized that the sound works if I switch to using speakers.
Have tried multiple guides to resolve the issue with the headphones, for instance:
- Disable/Enable the sound device in device manager.
- Ensuring the latest sound drivers are installed.
- Disabling/Enabling the sound ingame.
- Running the game in fullscreen.
- Ensuring that Diablo 4 is not muted in Windows volume mixer.
- Ensured that the game is fully updated
- Restarted the computer
The sound for the headset works for ALL other applications, except Diablo 4.
Right now I’m out of ideas on how to solve and I must admit that as a fan of Blizzard games since many years back, knowing how much time they usually invest to ensure the game is ready before launch, I am amazed that a thing like this is an issue. Especially after the game has been out for some time already.
i know there was an issue with thx spatial sound in d4 because i had sound problems
try turning off thx spatial sound and see if you got sound again
Thnx for the tip, however I’ve never enabled spatial sound and I’ve checked that it is currently off as well.
I have the same problem. I launch the game along with some kind of video, something was playing when the game started and then everything will be fine with the sound
