I have tried running any NMD tier 46 and above and none of them are dropping runeshards.

Same, I believe Wudijo even mentioned it in one of his videos recently. I had to get mine from Helltide. Though, for me the final chest isn’t even dropping items at all anymore… just obels.
Same here. Please fix it, we can read everywhere that completing a Nightmare Dungeon rewards with Runeshards, and it did so until the 5th season start. But this is simply not true atm.
I have ran all the way up to tier 49 NMD and no runeshards are given. If it gives a chest there’s nothing in it.
