This is a major game killer for me, especially when leveling and want to experiment with various builds. I have to remember a TON of things if I dare to change my build.
This was one of the great features of Diablo 3 and should be a no brainer for any dev to also move it to Diablo 4. I was really excited to hear that Diablo IV would feature more options for builds, but without the ability to easily swap between them, build experimentation is actually non-existent. Really disappointed.
