No spark after Lilith kill

Hello, I killed T1 Lilith but I got no spark. Is there a way to get it somehow? I would like to craft my MU, thanks.

Edit: just re-killed her in T4, still nothing.

Edit 2: interestingly, following a hint from a discord, I created a new hardcore seasonal char and it has the “missing” spark indeed. But I killed Lilith on softcore and having the spark on the hardcore “realm” is like not having it anyway. Why on hearth did this happen?
