After the update I can’t log in the game. I have tried three options, I downloaded the other game from ps store, renewed licences.and re-installed diablo 4 and still no progress

Im having the same issue on ps5 cant find any fixes either. Did a reinstall relogged into ps5. Restarted ps5 but still cannot log on to play.
I also try to change the battlenet password. reinstall it and reconnect the PS ID but still get the same issue.
