With the new expac due to drop I thought I’d return to a long standing issue.
My HC account is 73/74 Fractured Peaks and has been since season 1. With little to do and a free weekend I thought I’d get this done (and compelte the other zones - which I have).
However I cannot complete FPs … I’ve spent 6 hours moving my mouse over the map at a snails pace , nothing. I then decided to cover the whole map go to every corner… nothing.
Looked here, reddit etc for some common hints, nothing.
Made a new character (thinking my one might be bugged) nothing.
Any last advice before I just accpet I will never clear this zone.
I’ve had this exact same issue for the past year-ish. 73/74 zones in FP discovered. Every other zone is discovered, and my map is clear. I have no idea where this last little area could possibly be.
Jesus Christ. It’s hidden area. It’s in the prologue.
I’ve been telling everyone for a year
What do you mean ‘Prologue’ ? The campgain? I have ran through that twice now and nothing if that is what you are referring to.

The greed shrine in the prologue. It has the ability to force drop a quest item no one has gotten. We just don’t know what clicky to engage with it.
It’s like the lucky coin drop. You need the greed shrine and to initiate some sort of extra drop table. I’m acquainted with every treasure class found in the prologue. There is definitely a hidden item, I personally think it’s in the travelers cask or spider corpse, but it could be in any clicky.
Treasure class is just a drop table.

Ok thanks, I have 74/74 softcore and don’t recall such a drop. I’ve given up now not a big deal to me, I don’t actively play Hardcore. It is just an annoyance.

It’s possible at some point there was spaghetti code situation. But regardless there is areas still hidden by these hidden quest items.
Look into a quest item called “the betrayer of faith’s soul”. Also quest items called note from grognok, liber sanguinis, and a few others.
All quest items no one has gotten that have been in the game since beta.
I have been spear heading this search for over a year now practically alone with the aid of but a few people.
