I bought 2 in-game content bundles for Diablo IV, Wraith Lord and Grim Harvest on 17 Aug 2024. From those I did not receive the following items:
Grim Finger
Grim Slasher
Grim Great Sword
Grim Crescent
Equilibrium
Essence Shade
Rathma Mask
Been in contact with support but after a few tries on their end to add the items I still do not see them in my wardrobe.
They told me that if the items still weren’t there I had to post it (here) in the Diablo IV forums.
So can anyone help me get these items?
