It seems the current creators / directors have reached their knowledge capacity and can’t expand upon the existing systems. So they nerf what is currently implemented and then will drip feed it back in over the course of the seasons? Not a good paradigm for longevity…
I can understand not wanting to add power creep - but where are the XP changes coming from? People won’t level up. They will complete the journey milestones they are interested in then quit. (instead of levelling up, creating new toons and you know, have fun!) You seem to think that more time players have to spend in game will relate to how much quality ‘shop’ time you can poke at them.
Zero attempts at balancing class short comings, or fixing some of the more outrageous builds.
