Hi, do you get an out of memory error after the new patch and is it possible to fix it somehow

same here, I have a 3090ti, I have 32gb ddr5 ram, no problem with any kind of games, even the biggest, somehow with diablo I have problems if chrome is opened with youtube on background, I close just for trying, still not out this kind of problems.
I have problems with ICUE or Armoury Crate (tool for fans speed and rgb colors) but no, with all the kind of software closed, sometimes I got this kind of error, sometimes I can Play 4 hours straight with no problem.
Before the patch and the season, never had a single problems.
yeah i had a lot of issues, i did a clean install of drivers and it helped.
