Some of you might have seen Mekuna’s Overpower lightning spear build that functions because of a snapshot using YaxXan.
I was trying to figure out if I can use this with Okun’s catalyst. Basically using the same snapshot mechanic.
However after doing some practicing, I only managed very few times to make the Overpower properly Stick when snapshoting.
So it’s for sure possible, I was wondering if anyone here have ideas on what triggers could cause the snapshot to Not become “permanent”. I noticed that sometimes after using 4x potions to trigger YaxXan and then casting lightning spear doesn’t even trigger the overpower with the next lightning spear, thus starting with a fail and also leading me to believe there is some other interaction that uses up the guaranteed Overpower.
I started by removing my Enchantments, but it still happened.
The whole time I was only showing Overpower damage, to see if I contiously was getting Orange numbers after trying to get the snapshot to land.
Does anyone have any good ideas to what could remove / override the Overpower?
I would expect to see At Least one Orange number, but sometimes I don’t see a single Orange Number after triggering YaxXan
