As the title says, got the patch done, but there was no treasure cache that was said to be a reward. Did get another pair of wings added to my wardrobe as a pre order bonus though

Same here, no compensation cache box to claim, and I noticed they have a free “Orichalcum Blade” transmog blade in the shop but nothing happens when I press claim on it… This game is so buggy it’s not even fun anymore to be honest.
Nothing on any of my 3 seasonal characters either.
Same here. Offer free stuff, then don’t deliver? That’s almost worse than mentioning a bug fix that isn’t…fixed.
